It can produce one pocket spring snake with two different wire gauge at the speed of 120 springs per min, by two different wire gauge to get the firm edge and zoning.
The procedure is the wire is heat- treated, per-programmed to be coiled to a predefined spring, fast transported and cooling down and then processed into the pocket.
