SX-120DG DIGITAL POCKET SPRING MACHINE produces continuous strings of pocket springs at the speed of 120 springs/min.The procedure is the wire is heat-treated ,pre-programmed to be coiled to a predefined spring,fast transported and cooling down and then processed into the pocket (in between the pockets are generated with ultrasonic welding units).

*Wire heat treatment before coiling
*Non-woven saving system, can weld the head of new roll to toe of the previous one.
